Renova Renovations Ltd was established to give clients a renovation service where quality workmanship and organised project delivery sit together rather than compete.
A renovation company, not a collection of trades.
Most refurbishment problems are coordination problems. Trades arrive out of sequence, decisions are made twice, and the finish suffers where one package meets another.
Renova exists to hold that coordination. We manage the internal works required to take a property from strip-out through to final finish — structure, plastering, kitchens, bathrooms, carpentry, flooring and decoration — under one project.
We work on residential properties, commercial interiors and investment stock, and we are equally comfortable building to an architect's drawings or developing the scope with a homeowner from a first walk-through.
